We have been hearing all the above things all our lives, but we hardly see anyone practicing these in real life now days, when it comes to money. Rahim Khan Khilgi, a hardworking, an ordinary Limousine Driver in Abu Dhabi is an exception who practically lives by these principles.For him the gratitude and happiness of a person who gets back his belongings is immeasurable and more valuable than any amount of money.He comes across a situation where people forget their valuables in his limousine like mobile phones, papers and cash on daily basis. Till now he has returned cash to their owner ranging from $ 2,000 to AED 40,000, and has a solid conviction of returning any amount irrespective of its value. Once he had even been subjected to traffic fine while trying to return a mobile phone to a passenger who was leaving for Bulgaria.

The gentleman was so overwhelmed by his honesty that he handed over his Credit Card to Rahim to buy any gift for him or his family, but instead of receiving the reward he was contended by the gratitude and the acknowledgement that he received as an honest Pakistani. When Pahchaan contacted Mr. Rahim he was about to leave for the work at 5:00 p.m. for his 12 hours shift till morning. He earns about 2,600 Dirhams per month on an average. He is a proud Pakistani from a village Badrashi near Naushehra District in NWFP. Being the eldest son in the family he had a big responsibility which he fulfilled religiously. As a result of honest hard work and support to his family, three of his brothers are engineers by profession and leading a good life.He is away from his country since 1974 and has been working in most of the Middle Eastern countries as a Foreman in the construction industry. In 1989 he came to UAE and joined ADWEA as a driver.

He is associated with Fast Limousine service in Abu Dhabi for the past 3 years. He is the proud father of 5 girls and 4 boys. Three of them are already married. He is providing good education to his children as one of them has completed Electromechanical Diploma and the other one is BS in Computer Science. Mr. Rahim is contentment and peace personified. Though he left his studies after matriculation but his thinking, manners and speech can be favourably compared to any highly educated person.
